Performed on the state-of-the-art Megaformer, our classes combine strength training, cardio, and flexibility into one efficient session. By utilizing slow, controlled tempo and constant tension, you will target deep core muscles to build lean muscle, increase stamina, and achieve total body transformation.

    Each 50-minute class is a comprehensive training session that engages both body and mind. With 9 Megaformers and a team of experienced instructors, you'll receive personalized attention to improve your form and effort. Our studio overlooks a Spanish-styled courtyard, filling the space with natural light and creating a focused, motivating atmosphere.

    We welcome clients of all fitness levels, from beginners to seasoned athletes. Our two signature classes, Total Body and Abs, Obliques & Glutes, are designed to be modified and progressed to suit your needs and goals. Our instructors provide expert guidance and support to ensure every session is safe, challenging, and effective.

  4. Our State-of-the Art-Studio
    Our modern studio, opened in August 2025, features brand-new Lagree MegaPro machines and a clean, sleek design, fostering focus and intensity. Our expert coaches are Lagree-certified and dedicated to helping you achieve your fitness goals.

  5. First Visit
    To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience, please arrive 10 minutes early with water and grip socks, which are required for safety and stability. If you forget socks, you can purchase a pair for $15. Our friendly staff will set you up and introduce you to the Megaformer basics.

    Every class is led by a Lagree-certified instructor who brings a unique and challenging routine to the table. With form as the highest priority, our instructors will guide you through each movement, providing adjustments and cues to help you build strength with precision and safety.
